Support

Stuck? We'll help.

Email support@mcardapp.com and a human will get back to you. Include the email address on your account and, if it's about a specific card, the link to it — that's usually enough to sort things out in one reply.

Common questions

What's free, and what isn't? Designing cards is free forever. Publishing a card to its public page — and everything that depends on that, like QR sharing, wallet passes, lead capture and analytics — needs an active plan.

My card link shows “not available”. That means the card is still a draft, or the plan isn't active. Publish it from the editor and check your plan status.

Someone scanned my QR and got a 404. Same cause as above — the public page only serves while the card is published and the plan is active.

Managing your subscription

If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, Apple handles the billing: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device to change or cancel it. Subscriptions bought on the web are managed from your account's billing settings.

Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Deleting your account

In the iPhone app: Settings → Delete account. On the web, the same option lives in your account settings. This permanently removes your cards, leads, library and analytics, and it can't be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that separately in your device's subscription settings, or it will keep renewing.
