How does team billing work?
One subscription per organization, billed per seat — $129 per seat a year, or $19 per seat a month, from 2 seats. A seat is one person. Creating the org itself is free.
Does each member still need their own subscription?
Not for the cards they put on the team. A member assigns a card to the team from the org console, and that card publishes on the team's plan. They don't need the personal $99/year plan for it, and there's nothing for them to set up on the billing side.
Why does a seat cost more than a personal plan?
A seat is $129 a year; the personal plan is $99. The difference pays for the team parts: one bill for everyone, the org console for invites, roles and seats, and the shared brand kit. If it's just you, the personal plan is the better deal — and a personal plan is for one person's own cards, so colleagues need seats.
Do members keep their own leads and analytics?
Yes. The org covers publishing and sets the shared brand kit, but each member's leads, inbox, and per-card analytics stay entirely their own. The org pays the bill; the card stays theirs.
What's the shared brand kit?
An accent color, logo, and default template, set once at the org level. Members apply it to any of their cards with one tap, so the team reads as one. It's a copy, not a live link: members can still edit their own cards, and changing the kit later doesn't rewrite cards that already have it.
How do people join the team?
Invite them by email from the org console. They sign in (or create a free account) with that email, accept, and assign their cards to the team. No app to install on either side.
Can I add or remove seats and members later?
Yes. Change the seat count anytime and billing updates to match. Remove a member and their cards go back to their personal account: their default card stays live on the free plan, and the rest need their own plan to stay published.
