How does team billing work?
One subscription per organization, billed per seat — $129 per seat a year, or $19 per seat a month. Buy the number of seats you need, and every member you invite publishes under that plan. Creating the org itself is free.
Does each member still need their own subscription?
No — that's the whole point. Once someone joins your org, their card goes live on the team's plan. They never pay the personal $99/year, and there's nothing for them to set up on the billing side.
Do members keep their own leads and analytics?
Yes. The org covers publishing and sets the shared brand kit, but each member's leads, inbox, and per-card analytics stay entirely their own. The org pays the bill; the card stays theirs.
What's the shared brand kit?
An accent color, logo, template, and footer set once at the org level. Members' cards inherit them, so the whole team reads as one — no more mismatched colors or out-of-date logos across the roster.
How do people join the team?
Invite them by email from the org console. They accept with one click, and their card is live under the team plan right away — no app to install on either side.
Can I add or remove seats and members later?
Yes. Adjust seats anytime from the org console and billing updates to match. Remove a member and their cards simply revert to personal — the org's brand and billing no longer apply.
